Harmsworth, Townley & Co. Ltd is located in the picturesque market town of Todmorden on the Lancashire / Yorkshire border nestled in the Calder Valley and surrounded by the stunning Pennine hills. Our central location in the town enables easy and sustainable access by bus, train and on foot. You are welcome to come and visit our small showroom based in the centre of town.

By Bus or Train

Trains run every half hour from Leeds, Bradford, Halifax, and Manchester to Todmorden.

We are located less than a minute walk from Todmorden train station and a 2 minute walk from Todmorden Bus Station.

By Car

From Halifax

Follow the A646 signposted to Burnley. Follow the road through Mytholmroyd and Hebden Bridge. Continue along the A646 into the centre of Todmorden until you reach the small roundabout opposite the town hall. Take the second exit towards Burnley. Immediately you come off the roundabout turn left into White Hart Fold as if going towards the railway station. The bright yellow building directly opposite is Harmsworth, Townley & Co. Ltd. Parking is available in the centre of town or along the road up to the railway station.

From Rochdale

Head out of Rochdale along the A58 towards Littleborough. Continue through Littleborough until you reach a set of traffic lights just before a large railway bridge. At the lights turn left onto the A6033 to Todmorden. Follow the A6033 into the centre of Todmorden until you reach the small roundabout opposite the town hall. Take the first exit towards Burnley. Immediately you come off the roundabout turn left into White Hart Fold as if going towards the railway station. The bright yellow building directly opposite is Harmsworth, Townley & Co. Ltd. Parking is available in the centre of town or along the road up to the railway station.

From Burnley

Follow the A646 signposted to Halifax and Todmorden. Follow the road through Holme Chapel and Cornholme. Continue along the A646 into the centre of Todmorden until you reach the small roundabout by the bus station. Drive over the roundabout and just before you meet the small roundabout opposite the town hall turn right into White Hart Fold as if going towards the railway station. The bright yellow building directly opposite is Harmsworth, Townley & Co. Ltd. Parking is available in the centre of town or along the road up to the railway station.
